Sure you have heard it from someone or somewhere that “to be happy is to count your blessing”.

But lately, I have read a book that says,

“To be happy is to count your problem. If you can count your problem, then you should be happy (that you don’t have too many problems).”

What a different (new) way to look at the old thing.

I guess we have to keep reading so that we can find more useful OPW (Other People’s Wisdom) to help us live a balanced life.

Since young someone told you that “if you can’t sleep, count the numbers of sheep.”

Did it work? Or is it still working for you?

Again, OPW that I have learned recently:

“If you can’t sleep, talk to the shepherd.”

At times, when you think you are in trouble, look at the loved ones surrounding you. They are happy. They are healthy. They sleep well.

THEY ARE ALL BLESSINGS!

There is no reason you can’t find blessings from now. Start counting your blessing.

Count blessing, or count problem, or talk to the shepherd. Learn to see the bright side.

Stop Doing. Start Thinking. Thinking Clearly Reduces Undesired Stress.
