If you are a marathon runner, you should be fit and healthy.

There are many professional sportsmen (we think they should be fit and healthy), living a rather unhealthy lifestyle – drink, drug, sex, etc, and many of them died young or even during the competition. They are very fit but unhealthy.

Look around you and you can easily find people who don’t exercise at all. They even have problem climbing up stairs or running across the street. These people are not fit. But they are healthy without any illness or health problem. Not surprising to see them live a long old age.
